Age 24 Chris took his addiction to the egde and lost control and lost his life.

Died alone in his apartment body was found very late and the autopsy showed he had od on coke.

GOD help his soul and rest his soul, he was a GYM WARRIOR and a good kid at heart.


Im just sickned and my life is changing super fast in so many directions, my best freind Michael dies then Chris Od's ,,, so fucking young, Im glad I never took the gym and Bbing too serious this last year or wouldnt have gotten to spend the time with these great guys,, im so tired and run down i just lay around my house at night and think of what was, day by day i guess will be the only way to heal these wounds.

Nothing anyone can say will really make any difference right now.

All I can say is that I had a heavy cocaine addiction, which I will not go into here. Somehow I had the will, determination and ability to survive. I have lost friends too. Lost them to alcohol, cocaine and just circumstance, but the only thing we can do is either live in the past or move forward and love them.

OMG! This is the first that I have heard about this. I've known Chris since he was 18. In fact I was running a gym and he had worked for me for a short period of time. WOW! He had come to me to help him with a prep late last year, just around the time that he fell out of the gym and into the "scene". Sad loss. So young. I can't believe this. God Bless!
