Hey guys, i'm new to this forum and was just wondering... I'm doing a 5 week PH cycle starting next week and was wondering what type of workout plan I should do for maximal strenght\size gains. I've been working out for a while so I have some solid programs, but i'm just looking for some input. I'm new to PH so any advice is appreciated... thanks.
