I've heard a lot of different opinions on specific routines and how long you should do them to get results, etc. Some say that you have to change it up and some say that you have to stick with it for a period of time. Both of which I think are true in certain instances.
My Question is: How long should I stick to a workout routine before I start or try something different?
Ex: (If I was doing the exact same thing every time I went into the gym wether it was a split or full body workout)
hope the question makes sense, just wanted to make a quick post before I left for work and see what I get from it! I can explain in better detail later!
