Hey. So I'm not exactly a beginner. But I have only really worked out well for a year or so. Diet hasnt ever really been great but it is getting there. Anyway. I saw the suggested routine in the basic growth principles sticky. But it doesnt make too much sense. ! work set on Incline press? and how many reps, just as an example. Can anyone outline the routine with how many sets and reps need to be done? Bonus points for what percent of my max the lift should be. Main goal is, of course, size. Thanks!
