I knew of course that these supps are potentially dangerous.

What are PWOs?

All these pre workout powders and caps.

Unknown, unlisted, untested research chemicals in unknown quantitities. You don't know what the fuck you are taking with most of these.

ProHormomes were the worst. You have 13yo kids taking this crap, messing up there developing hormones at such a you he age. You have no clue what's in them. The amounts. And there is very little, if any research behind any of the Chems put in them. Super unhealthy, and just all around bad.
