workout tips

Well that's kinda vague and broad and broad questions tend to get broad answers like Go big or go home. If you have a specific question you'll probably get more specific answers. I mean this is the PL forum so if you need to help off the chest in bench or out of the hole in squat these are the kinda things we can dial you in for.

If you are just starting to work out again after a long hiatus, certainly don't try to pick up where you left off ... 20 years ago or even 20 days ago. Let your muscles acclimate to this new regimen.

Form, form, form. When I trained with Donnie Thompson I had to do a rep perfect with a weight before he would let me go up. Good form will prevent injuries. When you tweak something shut it down. Thats as best I got with a broad topic.

Here are effective tips for workout.
Work out regularly and follow healthy balanced diet plan. Keep experimenting, try new exercises to avoid routine ones and note what works for you. Keep your workout journal and stay close to people who motivates you. Avoid eating shortly before going to bed and sleep for 7 hours a day.

dont train heavy all the time, takes a toll on your joints.
Use volume training.
 
They are the only 24 time gym in the place and I practice at 3:30 or 4am. Item of crap Golds doesn't start til 5am. The success I've created at the SOCCER MOM gym is just as excellent as your gym I'm sure. It's just one work out I skip doing. The relax is excellent. Thanks for your beneficial feedback though.
 
Dude read some articles, some books, and get your ass in the gym and experiment around with stuff. You will find a groove.
