I train low volume very high intensity
2-4 exercises per body part
2 x 15-10 then 1 x failure + more (drop sets, forced, negatives, rest pause - maily drops)
Tue - Delts and traps
Wed - Bis and tris and calves
Thurs - Quads and Hams
Fri - Pecs and calves
Sat - Back and traps
Workouts last for 40 min to 1 hour.
Abs trained 3 x per week.
