WORKOUTS

35mins-60mins max.
 
I'm usually in and out in 30 minutes thats if she cooperates!:D lol Oh wrong thread!! No seriously it usually takes no longer than 40 minutes to finish a workout... I go fairly fast... My split right now looks something like this...

Mon: Chest/Hams
Tues: Arms/calves
Wed: abs/cardio
Thurs: Quads
Friday: Back/Shoulders
Sat: Cardio/abs

12 sets for large muscles, and 9 for small... I have been keeping my reps around 10-15 and only taking 45-60 sec rest break between sets... So me and my partner waste no time...
 
I train low volume very high intensity
2-4 exercises per body part
2 x 15-10 then 1 x failure + more (drop sets, forced, negatives, rest pause - maily drops)

Tue - Delts and traps
Wed - Bis and tris and calves
Thurs - Quads and Hams
Fri - Pecs and calves
Sat - Back and traps

Workouts last for 40 min to 1 hour.

Abs trained 3 x per week.

I know a guy who trains for 20-30mins training 1 body part per day and looks awesome. Lots of supersets and/or fast pace is the norm.

Just shows evri1s different.
