World Motocross Championship on ESPN 2 right now

I know this is not bodybuilding, but I'm sure some of you will think it's cool. When I raced, I use to ride with #4 ricky Carmicheal before he turned pro.
The best trick contest was ealier. The guy that won did a double backflip.

Just sharing what I did before bodybuilding.

One of the best races I've ever seen was the 2002 Supercross at the Pontiac Silverdome. Carmichael was leading the race and about half way through he got tangled up with another guy and crashed. He picks the bike up and jumps on, but the front brake lever is broken. He is now in dead last with no front brakes, yet he passed everyone by the final lap and won the race. The guy is pretty amazing.

Yeah it's funny he use to practice crashing and getting back on the bike as fast as he could. Sounds silly but it paid off.
