So, again, the point of this thread was to try to compile some common sense approaches to drug use that have the least damaging effects.
If that is possible, it may be too complicated a topic to reach such types of conclusions.
If someone wanted to take a step beyond Testosterone....
With regards to cardiovascular and lipid health....
1) What would be the second least-damaging injectable? 3rd? 4th? etc
2) What would be least damaging oral? 2nd, 3rd etc?
3) How do the least damaging orals compare to the least damaging injectables?
Here are some things to consider....
-Using short acting compounds.... lowers increase in water retention, estro buildup... dont have to use an extra compound to fight estrogen... or much less than if using long acting compounds...
- Injectables could be one or two of the following: Test prop, NPP, short acting masteron... or maybe equipoise
-Orals (which could be rotated with the inject): small amounts of Dball, small amounts of turinabol...
So a cycle could be two of the injectables.... or one injectable and one of the orals....
6 to 8 weeks on.... 6 weeks low dose test (or completely off)... then start again rotating the compounds...
1. time... test prop and tball
2. time masteron and dball
3. time test prop and npp
ect...
Always taking your health supplements and regular blood tests...
This method is probably not best for strenght gains.... but a good "safer" alternative to most "recreationa bodybuilders" (guys who dont compete and just want to look better and be stronger).
