yes, its possible you have to evaporate the solvent and i think ebullition temperature of ba and bb are high enough (dont remember 200-300 degree c) so you will need some lab equipement (rotatif evaporator) wich will work in modified athmosphere, then when you solvent is gone your powder will separate from the oil the you filter it and its done. so yes its possible but not in the kitchen

Yes this is correct. Evaporate the solvents and filter the precipitate.

Second question ; How would I find out what chemaicls are in a liquid?

Example; I have three unknown chemicals in an alcohol base, what kind of test would identify the unknowns and their amount?

ok, in organic chemistry three type of test are usually used, then you combine the results to get the molecule you have, first one is IR (infra red) so you can determine the functionnal group (ketone, hydroxyle...) then mass spectroscopy (molecular weight,nomber of atome and bond type: single or double...) and the last one is RMN to know the attachement between the atomes, then you need enough experience to put all the info together to be sure about the compound, but in the same time you have to notice that in your unknown liquid you have a bunch of substance so before testing it you have to isolate the main one, then purification with some type of chromatography, then proceede to the 3 test
this is the whole steps, but it cant be done at home for sure and all pro labs will do the test you want and they have much more high tech technology available for sure
