I am taking aprox 350mg-400mg Test E per week
I have heard alot that diet will have alot to do with whether or not one will gain much bloat while on a Test E cycle.
What do you think I should expect from this:
Meals 1,3,5 = MRP mixed with two cups of skim milk each
Meal 2 = 1/2 cup oatmeal/few raisons & 1 cup eggwhite mixed with 1/2 cup skim milk and 20 gms of protein powder.
Meal 4,6 = chicken breast and 1 cup frozen veggies.
With one day where I may have a couple cheat meals Burger & fries etc.
Am I basicaly just looking to keep my salt intake down?
