My next cycle includes 12 weeks of TestE, but I want to jump start it with oral Dbol the first two weeks. However, I would like to include adex to keep water retention as low as possible. Obviously this is taking two oral simultaneously and I've read that this is very taxing on the liver. Is there any way around this or do I just choose one over the other?

No, i would consider that to be one oral AAS and one support med. Arimidex, though it is a support med can be taxing on the liver and cholesterol profile. The amount of stress is dosage dependent with Adex.

Would anyone consider proviron to count as an oral?

Yes I would consider Proviron an oral Androgenic Sterdoid. Liver toxicity is pretty low for Proviron at reasonable dosage.
