Would you rather be...

People who aren't psychologically damaged with permanently warped views on body image. 16% is neither fat nor lean. It's just average. The real joke is the double digit amount of compounds some people have to run in order to maintain a leanness year-round that isn't sustainable without drugs otherwise.

First of all these picture charts are fucking stupid and inaccurate. Second - you don’t need to run “double digit” compounds to be 10% BF lol. Don’t see how not wanting to be a fat shit means I have a warped view on body image - to me it means having a level of self respect and accountability…

Agree. What is the point in someone taking AAS if they want to walk around at 16 percent? If someone is ok with being 16, why not endulge even more in food and be 18 or 20%?

I walk around at 11-13% year round

From a bodybuilding/aesthetic perspective I can sympathize but from a performance metric.. I can't imagine how terrible I would feel doing a full day event at 7-9%

I wasn't referring to you. You asked "who" and my answer is everyone on the planet who isn't obsessed with bodybuilding. Only people obsessed with their physiques think that as soon as their abs aren't visible that they're morbidly obese.

Well he added that caveat later. His opening post just said "cardio sucks and you're weak in the gym". So one could infer (like we all have lol) whatever they wanted from the basics stated in the first post. Maybe #2 really could never get laid. Maybe #1 was a walking stroke/heart attack waiting to happen.

In any case, it's a just hypothetical. It's really just to get a poll of which guys would prefer to bias between performance and aesthetics.

I’m curious which compounds these would be. Any time I got shredded it was just with a little test and low carbs. What can your run in double digits year round that keeps you lean?
 
I feel like the two options don't apply to most AAS users. Most people after high school or college don't play sports unless their a pro athlete or have too much time in their hands..

A better comparison would be..

A. Look like a bodybuilder, strong, but can't do chins and gets out of breath when doing HIIT. Walks around at a higher bf most of the year say 13 but I'd extremely muscular biggest in gym. Health problems, on BP and Ed meds, even when lean has some distension.

B. Under 200, can do chins, athletic activities, HIIT. Healthy and aesthetic no meds,laughs at the thought of cialis but not one of e strongest or most muscular in the gym. The big guys would call skinny and say you shouldn't be on AAS. Above average musculature to non bodybuilders and always lean.

I don’t know much about gear. There are 158,701 members on Professional Muscle and I might be the only one that’s never done a cycle in his life. Perhaps compound was the wrong word to use. I wasn’t necessarily referring to things that specifically keep/get you lean either. I just meant everything as a whole. When I was a teenager, I was naïve and thought when someone said they were on steroids vs being natural that it meant they were taking one thing. Over the years I found it could be many things. I just meant that when you see someone really big that seems to be 6% or less year round, it really draws into question how much stuff needs to be taken to be that lean with that size and hold it.

Lol dude thank you! I’m like this a fucking AAS bodybuilding forum. I’m not saying everyone here has to be below 16% - it’s the goals/desire/effort to be under 16% that counts to me.

Nothing will keep a person lean whose diet isn't in check - unless your just genetically lean to begin with. And anyone can maintain a shredded look with the right diet and a low dose of test regardless of how shit their genetics.

Meaning things like test, deca, and dianobol do not get/keep people lean the way something like T3, GH, or clen would, but may all be necessary for someone to have a certain physique. So if someone was taking that list, that’s already six things. They may add other stuff and it’s very easy to get to ten or more.
