Has anyone ever figured out how much say a quarter of an inch in wrist size, , and overall bone size though-out the whole body adds in bone weight?

Take two competitors , height 6ft

guy an eight inch wrist is 225 lbs

guy with seven inch wrist is 225 lbs

guy with eight inch wrist has less muscle and more bone weight

generally guys with bigger bones will weight more, so he could be 250 lbs with the same amount of muscle on his frame as the 225 lb guy, his larger bones, tendons, cause him to weigh more after building same amount of muscle

Why should it matter. Many guys can look much bigger than they look (and vica versa) and sure bone weight is a factor but there are many others. All you can control is your weight and how you look at that weight. Just concentrate on the things you can actually control that effect your look. You can't change your bones. You can change your muscle size and your body fat etc. You are just over thinking things. If you need bigger calves or chest etc you work on that but don't waste your time trying to figure out how much your hip/wrist bones weigh compared to the next person.

Exactly what Elvia said, doesn't really matter although I can understand your viewpoint on just trying to understand the science and a different view of this scenario.

I recently learned about this and confirmed my theorys all along that 200 lbs of muscle at the same body fat or even less body fat will look completely different for the most part depending on genetics. I've compared myself to others via Dexa scan and physical appearance, and I don't have great genetics as far as muscle size goes, people with the same height, or even similar heights with less muscle than me even at a bigger or small body fat% had bigger actual muscles than myself, for example my arms severely lag size wise when measured when I compared to the other folks, other parts were also behind but the arms have the biggest difference. Again this was comparing people that even had LESS LBM than myself and even at the same low body fat % as myself so it's not like they were just bigger because they had more fat on top of said muscle.
