I'd sleep eat on this stuff. Funny story. I woke up one morning and looked over at my then girlfriend and she had chocolate chip cookies on her face lol. Apparently I woke up grabbed some and went back to bed where I fell back asleep with them in my hand. They were everywhere. She really didn't find it too funny though

O yeah, you got me, I never actually got it in other people HA, but I can tell you that I had many of the large oatmeal cream pies in my goatee, ya know the ones with the trans fats. Too funny for you , not for her ,😁
 
I may have to try it again,,its never worked for me in dosages up to 10mg. Maye I will give 12mg a run.



Have you tried sublingual yet? I was taking 10mg or more of the regular kind and then a couple guys here recommended the sublingual. I definitely noticed a difference. Not the strongest sleep aid I've tried but it definitely helped.
 
I agree sublingual works best.

Also, try fasting for a day or hours before you sleep. This sometimes helps me get better sleep.
 
I have same problems as you with professional liability included...
my solution:

-only smoke right before bed, only buy indica (if you get bad anxiety, it aint indica)

-keep a "quickfixurine" in my car (fake urine with a heating pack you activate)....."be smarter than the system" is golden wisdom


reasoning...for me melatonin is shit and very inconsistent, and that goes with every other bs "remedy" there is out there, and I am just not willing to take the RX sleep poison, also unwilling to let bs laws invade my quality of life ;)
 
Ok, what about stopping the root/cause...whats causing insomnia(tren,drol, stims etc)...cut all of that out
 
semi off topic, but I'm a tren lover and i don't get insomnia from tren, but my blood sugar drops while i sleep so much while I'm running it that i wake up starving and wide awake. have to smash a bagel and some oats before hitting the sack again. could always try a large meatlovers pizza to put you out

i like melatonin/zquil/kratom for sleep

can you tell me how that works,dose it work for piss test at work.
 
i would say not to use weed,

one of the best things i ever did for my training and diet was to get off weed, you don't sleep well with it, you might think you do but i felt way more rested by finding the real cause to my sleep issues.

i was a heavy smoker for year, lowered down to pre bed , thought it was helping but not until i hadn't smoked in 6 months did i realize the benefits of never smoking it.

i have trouble sleeping almost every night, tried everything from benzos to somas, to sleeping pills to melatonin to a complex of herbs for sleeping. None of it really helps, so i'm gonna give my old prescription trazadone a go. I have a ton laying around and even at 50mg the lowest dose it knocked me out years ago

find the cause of the insomnia first and you will be set free. for me its the eq and turinabol that are causing it but i rather suffer than get off cycle because i rarely blast during the year
 
I didn't care for the way Serouel made me feel...However, 15mgs remeron worked pretty good, with less sides. It works through the anti-histamine receptors I believe...
