I'd sleep eat on this stuff. Funny story. I woke up one morning and looked over at my then girlfriend and she had chocolate chip cookies on her face lol. Apparently I woke up grabbed some and went back to bed where I fell back asleep with them in my hand. They were everywhere. She really didn't find it too funny though
Melatonin is good but find I have to take 12 mg at least or I'll wake up 2 hrs after taking it.
I may have to try it again,,its never worked for me in dosages up to 10mg. Maye I will give 12mg a run.
Exactly! Instead of using this whacky concoction of sleep meds etc. That shit scares me and if he has sleep apnea it may kill him!Ok, what about stopping the root/cause...whats causing insomnia(tren,drol, stims etc)...cut all of that out
I have same problems as you with professional liability included...
my solution:
-only smoke right before bed, only buy indica (if you get bad anxiety, it aint indica)
-keep a "quickfixurine" in my car (fake urine with a heating pack you activate)....."be smarter than the system" is golden wisdom
reasoning...for me melatonin is shit and very inconsistent, and that goes with every other bs "remedy" there is out there, and I am just not willing to take the RX sleep poison, also unwilling to let bs laws invade my quality of life
