WTF left arm more sensitive to site injects than right?

On friday i decided to start my sus/dec dvd and start it out site inject in biceps(outerhead). I hit both arms. the next day the left is swollen more that the right and is red. Sunday two days after inject i have a low fever and left bicep is swollen and red, more painful than the right(swollen on right but not red). I think the fever may be test flu because i have had cellulitis before and the onset of fever took more time(3-4 days). On sunday i also hit tris only 3.5ml each and today the left one is more painful and more swollen than the right(slightly red on left, not on the right)? I have done biceps once before and the left biceps did the same thing then as it is now. What could this be? I dont think its gear or both would have the same symptoms? I prepped both arms correctly?
