I’m always curious about the dosages that people use when they talk about addiction to this.
I’ve used it for years as a pre-workout. It’s nothing I use with any real regularity, really only on days when my ass is really dragging. And even then 1.5 to 2 g is the most that I’ll use.
I always weigh it out on a digital scale so I’m not guesstimating anything and I know exactly what I’m using. I’ve gone stretches without it with no issues and I’ve had times where I’ve gone for a straight week or two and used it every day during pre-contest…
I think, as with most things, the devil is in the details, and the poison is in the dosage.
