The main broccoli head in the Northern VA BBing gym scene tries to do running trapeze tricks off the ab rings during 7pm rush hour while loudly declaring that any chick he talks to is his girlfriend. This is why I lift at midnight.

Lol I see a lot of those at the PF near me and some at the better gym I normally go to. Can tell when they bring their tripod and set up their phone for recording their "lifts" !

I just thought calling a pf trainer a troll was funny lol. Perhaps in the physical appearance sense though I can see that potentially
