The real one was posted on MD a long while back, and I believe it was Jay Cutler. The original pic is still just as freaky, but trust me nothing like that. The waist was brought in a ton, you can even tell by the distorted cabinets. The gluts and thighs were then pulled out.

I'll try to find the real one, which like I said is still freaky too, but no, no one actually looks like that 'thing' in that pic.

Agreed. If you look closely at the cabinets around the small of his waist, its a bad retouch job to shrink his waist. Its really obvious if you download the file and zoom in.
