BTW- for those of you who have never seen xcel, he is an accomplished bodybuilder, who absolutely has tuned in all facets of his training, I was impressed and that is an understatement.

It was a real peasure to get to meet with a fellow bro from the boards! That invitation is open if you ever get out towards my end of the world.

Paddy is extremely knowledgeable and we both shared much info. He has made some extraordinary accomplishment in the recent year and those can improvements are quite notable and impressive!
