Was just wondering what you peeps thoughts where on cardio and how often it should be done. I have normally only done cardio whilst trying to cut down but I just wondered if people did it year round to keep the BF low and just adjust calories to cut up. Reason I ask is cos i want to keep BF at 10% or under year round and try to add lean mass or do people think a clean bulk with no cardio and letting the BF rise to say 15% would be healthier and better for building muscle?
