I am on a cutting diet trying to lean out. After reading the reviews on yellow haze I am going to give it a shot. Do you recommend taking a pill upon waking up or pre-workout ( I train about 6pm)?
Thanks for your reply. I guess from what I can read, these pills are strong and perhaps the a.m dose would be better. I was contemplating taking it pre-workout mostly because of energy levels.
I would not take them past the earlier afternoon. Better to train a little less jacked and actually be able to go to sleep afterwards. I think the lack of intensity you MIGHT get from not taking it preworkout would be totally negated by the increase in quality sleep.
