probably the same lab on all three from what I've read

the ip yellow top powder is totally different than the rips. rips are in a disc shape , the ips are stuck to the bottom of the vial... but i guess they could still be made at the same place....

I'm fairly certain pinwheels and rips come from the same place, I'm less sure that yellows also share the same origin, but it seems likely. Either way, I think all 3 are of very high quality.

ip yellows are good. i guess you didnt read the few that said they are good
