After reading up I've taken the plunge and started Folli today.
I will be taking 100 mcg per day, in the morning, pre-workout. I work out shortly after waking up.

I have no desire to go into what other supps I am taking but suffice to say anything I would be using is on the very low end and have been doing so since February.

My prior experience with Peps:

DES, IPA, Mod 1-29 for the past year or so. Currently not taking any peps.

I'm not going to put everyone to sleep with my entire workouts, rather I'll post improvements on the following:

Decline bench, which has stagnated for quite awhile
Squats, which have been progressing nicely.

I am in my late 40's, lifting pretty much non-stop since I was 14 but mainly powerlifting until about 5 years ago.

Height 5-09. Looks, probably an 8.5....:D

This morning I weighed in a 225, plus first dose of folli.

Day 2

99% of the time I work out first thing, today was the other 1%.
Out the door at 6:00 am for two little league games an hour away for a tournament my son is in. So.....5 hours of standing on a field.

But, still had a great workout this afternoon.

100 mcg of folli, 15 minutes pre.

Heaviest set of squats was 435x10, continuous tension, no lock outs or stopping.

Weight was 226.7.

I have to take today's weight with a grain of salt since it was later in the day, plus 2 meals and 2 LBA snacks.
 
I know the feeling..... 99% of my workouts are at 5:00AM. When I do get the infrequent workout later in the day after a few meals, they are always small differences with my reps and such.

Day 3:
Back to early morning.
Excellent workout, delts, bis, tris, calves.

Unbelievable pump today. I actually think it cost me a few reps on curls as I really felt like I couldn't do a rep because of the pump.

Weight today was 225.9 which I believe is a truer reflection than yesterday.

So far so good.

Decline on Tuesday which is day 5, we'll see how the strength component works out!!!!!!!!!

How is the hunger? I'm on day three, the first day of research was on a non-training day...yesterday, today and tomorrow will be workout days, and the hunger is intense for me.

Tomorrow is bi's/tri's/delts, since I'm doing research in my bi's, I'm looking forward to seeing how the results turn out. :)
 
I'm going in the quads. So far I can't really say the hunger is that great.
I may feel slightly more hungry but nothing that's driving me up a wall or keeping my attention.

From what I've read, give it a little time. As you know, everything works differently for everybody...but all things being equal, you should see excellent results.

I was hungry non-stop last night.

I never got the hunger :( actually might have suppressed it some! Weight stayed the same, but I got noticeably leaner

Decline was 285x13 for heaviest set. Last time was 285X10 so a three rep increase after being stuck for quite awhile was nice.

Weight was 226 on the nose today.

One thing I'm really noticing is the pumps! Today was chest, back, calves, but my entire upper body was pumped!

I'm so swole now! LOL:headbang:

it only gets stronger from here bro. That is one of the limiting factors i ahve to think of when looking at a 14-21 day run. The hunger got worse and worse for me!

The pumps are unbelievable you are right. I am glad you are liking it buddy. It is truly one of the few products i have tried in recent times that i can say make me go DAMN!
 
That is some good progress bud. I'm totally subbing to this :headbang:
 
how are you dosing the 100mcg

1. 50/50 split between the muscles you are working for the day?
2. 100 all into whatever muscle you choose?
