Yet another Gyno thread-Please Help!

Okay, I used gear (Test, Tren, DBol, etc) for several years and not once did I ever experience Gyno issues. I stopped all gear except GH two years ago. A few months ago I noticed a lump was developing under my right nipple so I took Nolvadex for a few weeks and it didn't help the issue at all. So I got some Aromasin and took that for a few weeks and still had the same lump under my nipple. This leads me to believe it is prolactin-related, not estrogen-related..Is this an accurate assumption? Like I said I've never had a problem with gyno until this so my knowledge on the issue is limited. Assuming it is in fact a Prolactin issue, what would be most effective to reduce/prevent the gyno-Prami, Cabergoline, or something else??

Letro I believe can take down a gyno lump, and as far as I know prami helps prevent it, not sure if it helps get rid of preexisting lumps.

Letro huh? I was under the impression Letro doesn't target Prolactin-just primarily Estrogen-guess I was wrong Lol..

I might have to give Prami a shot if nothin else works. I'm just a little weery of all those crazy side effects..

Letro and other AI's directly lower estrogen via inhibiting aromotase. But they will also help control prolactin because of the way prolactin is regulated.

To the OP, unless you know prolactin is the issue via BW, or are showing signs of lactation, your playing a guessing game.

HGH can also increase prolactin levels from the data I have seen.

A few weeks usually isn't enough time to reverse gyno. Give it a couple months and see what happens. What were your dosages?

Few weeks isn't long enough??? Keep in mind I haven't been on gear..My gut tells me that taking anti estrogens (without being on gear) for months on end can't be good for your cholesterol..not to mention all the other health risks associated with very low estrogen levels..but hey I could be wrong and I certainly appreciate the feedback fellas..

Letro seems to be the consensus so I will give that a shot..I gotta say I'm a little surprised more people didn't say Prami or Cabergoline since it's for GH-related gyno..appreciate the insight..

Have been on 2.5mg letro + .5mg prami + 20mg novadex for just over 2 weeks and my nipple no longer looks fat (prolactin gyno) and the lump behind the nipple is almost completely gone. Wouldnt take my shirt off 2 weeks ago, now I cant even tell its there.

would definitely try letro bro.
