Nothing dramatic but I feel it help keep me lean and hard (off all fat burners/stims right now) and maybe a few extra reps on sets. I'm a little over 240 right now so I most likely wouldn't run it at any lower of a dose. I was bit cautious with dosing because I could not find any mention anywhere of its affect on lipids. If I do toy with it again, I would maybe dose it closer to 35-40mg/day to see if the effects become increased.
