True story. There are certain days where you know you're getting stronger by the day, but then you just have to wuss out. I can't stand that.

I think that I am not getting the most out of YK because of my severe caloric deficit.

At least it his helping me maintain my body weight and get slightly stronger.

It's doesn't appear to be on their list of stocked chemicals - although I suppose I could also make a request.

Both Ontario Research Chemicals and Syntharise have been pretty good about fulfilling custom orders.

Idk how much of a strength/power increase you can expect from full body workouts which im guessing can't possibly be intense if you are able to go 6 days a week, especially without enough protein/calories.

I can take the finest tren in the land, i'll look slightly better visually ASAP but if i am not pushing myself with progressive overload/training to failure and eating a MINIMUM of 1.25g of protein per lb of bw, im not gonna see much of a strength increase from one week to the next.

Tf does it matter to decrease myostatin if you're not giving your body the stimulus for growth and loading it with more protein than it can normally handle?

Anyone else tried yk-11?
