Yohimbine Fasting Time

So if we want to be "fasted" to get the best results from Yohimbine , this has me wondering how fast it gets to work after you take it and how long its active

besides first thing in the morning when else does it make sense to take it.

If it takes 2.5-3 hrs for out BG to come back to a fasted state , how long after you take it should you wait to eat.?
If you wake at 4am , take it , do cardio and end up eating for 6am then its gonna be 9 before you can take it again , what if your scheduled meal is for 9?? if you keep pushing meals back to accommodate the yohimbine dose say 3x a day you're likely gonna end up cutting out a meal

You can dose Y-HCL in one bolus dose for the day. Especially if one is able to perform any physical activity once per day, best to get the full dose in prior to that.

As for your other question, say someone has a meal 1.5-2 hours prior to cardio/training. Dosing Y-HCL at the start of the session will be effective as training/exercise suppresses insulin secretion (exercise is the strongest inhibitor of insulin release (epinephrine)).
 
^that. I'm taking 20-25mg all in one dose although 25mg has been making me feel like I'm going hypo with sweats and the GHRP empty stomach feeling. Going to see if it's just me getting used to the dose and if it goes away

I think its safe to say the best way to dose it is fasted upon awaking before cardio. Thats Ultimately when it works the best

as for dosing yohimbine or alpha yohimbine between meals, it may work. That said, the studies on yohimbine show insulin neglects the effects of yohimbine .

Ill use it after I get my heart rate up and a couple exercises at the gym , when I feel blood sugar, insulin drops.

I do feel bcaa's effect yohimbine hcl, I use to not. I had fasted blood work , and took five grams bcaa's, and five grams bcaa's effect insulin quite a bit.

We are worried about AUC, not insulin peak from BCAA. It's well known BCAA are very insulingenic; although at the same time, extremely transient. In terms of insulin and its negative effect on yohimbine, total systemic exposure to insulin is the main factor which dictates how BCAA will negate Y-hcl.

I don't think there is any issue.
