Yohimbine HCL & Steroids at the same time

Damn you guys gotta step at dosage up.

Lyle McDonald, the dude who basically made yohimbine explode in popularity, recommended .2 mgs per kg. I'm 250 and I take 15 or 17.5 and that's not a real problem for me.

after so many people reported sensitivity to yohimbine I decided to start off slow and slowly build up to .2mg per kg.

I didn't feel anything at 2mg, some people freak out on it.
 
when are you guys using yohimbine? Iv read reports that it is ineffective in the presence of insulin and is best utilized in fasted conditions, not fed.

since this question hasn't been answered, I'll go ahead and answer it. It uncouples fat in the absence of insulin. The moment you eat anything... and I mean anything at all outside of water, you blunt the effect instantly and almost completely. It works great for melting fat with fasted cardio.
 
I have read up on Yohimbe a lil but can some one tell me how dramatic the effects actually are for fat loss. Or is there any other reason why your taking it?

What if one takes bcaa pre morning cardio, null the effectiveness?
 
Thanks for the tip. You're sure that alcohol doesn't destroy Yohimbine HCL? I'm more of a math and computer science nerd than a chemistry nerd.

I know alcohol is a solvent but not sure how Yohimbine HCL would react with it.

It's very stable in ethanol (alcohol). Just be cautious not to eat any tyramine-containing foods around the same time you're taking Yohimbine.

short answer.. Yes.

bcaa consumption does indeed create an insulin response, afterall bcaas are nutrients and the body has to process them... If I remember correctly Lyle said to suck it up and drink water. The cardio is supposed to be low impact steady state anyways and does not take much out of you...eg a brisk walk at a slight incline.

Correct. I would never do bcaas pre fasted cardio. If your gonna spike insulin might as well have breakfast first and at least fell good doing cardio. The only reason I do fasted cardio is to maximise the effectiveness of my gh anyway. Without gh or peps of just do cardio in middle of day at some point.
