Has anyone here actually used this product with success?

If so, where on your body did you use it and how long did one bottle it last?

How lean does one need to truly be?

I used it on my hams, glutes, and midsection....I liked it...I put it on before training and before cardio....I went through almost 2 bottles in 4-5 weeks

I think I have used it if it is the product I am thinking about. In fact at the time, people were mixing it with liquid Clen and then applying it.

I noticed that upper abs and the muscles around the ribs (serratus?) became more defined...kind of like when you are holding water and then drop it.

However, my lower abs and lower back are my problem areas, and I didn't stick with it long enough to really gauge how it worked there...or I just wasn't lean enough in those areas to be honest.

One thing was that it burnt like hell. I think I had one of the versions that also had capsaicin in it. My wife accidently got some on her hands one time pulling one of my workout shirts out of the laundry, and it really burnt and irritated her hands.

I stopped using it shortly after.

I would apply to my glutes and hams pre cardio. Def feel that area heat up, so be careful no to get any on your balls.

Did it work, who knows...

I have used it on abs once I am lean and close to where i want to be. I would say yes, it works.

I am just trying to justify spending the 60 bucks if its worth it.

I am kind of stuck at the 8-10% body fat @ 197lbs and having a real tough time dropping that last little bit.

I guess I am trying to find a short term fix to get me over this hump, that's all.

I would say if your at 8-10% BF that product would be more likely to work for you than if you were at a higher BF%. I've used it in the past and thought it worked quite well. Many of the Anafit products work well.

yes, thanks, that is what I have heard. That would be the only place I buy it from.
