You guys have a washout every now and then?

I wonder if anyone uses these periods in his supp program.
No aas or peps in this case.
Stims are pretty obvious too.
No,im talking bout the other things you prob take year around and can have quite some impact on your budget.
You ever take breaks and whats the pros and cons after??
All liv support: i.e. tudca, nac, chol ino, etc
Kidney: beetroot, astragalus, tadalafil, etc
Joints: glucosa chondro, boswellia, greenlipped mussel, turmeric
You name it!

I normally take two months every year off of everything everything but it’s not budget related.

I definitely don’t look better but I feel better, although that may just be a mental thing because I’m not stabbing my self with needles and ingesting a dozen different pills a day. I’ve also done before and after bloods and there wasn’t much of a difference.

Are you talking about the everyday health supps? Your vitamin D, magnesium, etc?

I can’t see any advantage to doing that. Like, why would I want to have a vitaminD deficiency for 2 months?

I understand we all have a budget but you should really have your finances in good enough order to be able to afford the very basics.
