How about everyone starts bashing him because telling him how big he is isn't doing the trick. Personally I would love to see the reaction he would get from people stepping on stage for the 1st time at the size he is. Talk about overkill.

I think it is a great decision not to step on stage. Bodybuilding obviously gives you enough self satisfaction as can be portrayed through your hard work, dedication, training, dieting, etc just for fun. You have nothing to gain by stepping onstage. Great work buddy. All the respect in the world.

Well... stepping onstage when you have all it takes to win is a whole different story than doing contest after contest and never being noticed, ie loosing your time (and too often much more than your time).

So even though I tend to agree that your statement applies to most competitors, tatt, I truly think Mike has nothing to loose to at least give it a try.

And honestly, the only thing I see, if any, that could prevent him from reaching the top is not the competition, but politics. Cause if events are judged like they should be - fairly - it will really take a FREAK to beat Mike.

What's so different beetween dieting down for yourself or with a contest in mind anyway? When you're on low carbs you're on low carbs...

Very true Phidias, buddy. Mike is a dam good bodybuilder. The first time I seen a pic of him I thought he was a professional and that was about 4 years ago. The guy is a freak.
