Sounds cheesy but up the sweet potatoes, I eat tons, mind you I am only 43 but I have the same vision I did as a 19 year old Marine. I believe it’s all the carotenoids anyway. Lions Mane too, most take it for brain neuro regeneration but neuroregeneration occurs all over the body, why not the optic nerve. Though I’d think GH would be pretty good for vision-Waddaya mean by old.

They say you are only as old as you feel. And i have been telling everyone i am old since my early 40's. So then i guess i have aged well since then as i can't say i feel a lot older then 42.

Yeah, when you get older they tend to slip out. Like when you stand up from a sitting position and fart. A standing fart. Usually happens in a quiet room in public.

EQ has always helped my shit out and I doubt it as it increases nerve activity plus I’m 43 and still wake up rocked up daily and I take lions mane twice a day it really helps a lot of us vets out with our brain shit. So it’s effects on my libibio are nil.
