I can remember when there were only 5 or 6 channels on tv.....and my grandparents called the remote control "the clicker".

Thinking back on those days it’s just crazy how much has changed. Kids today literally have the entirety of human knowledge in their phone!

You know your getting old in Bodybuilding when you talk about workout routines that are done by greats like Arnold, Franco, Robbie, and then catch yourself knowing that the guy your talking to has no clue who your talking about. I guess I am stuck in the 70's and 80's when it comes to that. It still works so why fix it?
