3 questions for the man BIG A: What a fantastic thread. Glad you started it. And you look incredible.
What is your diet like these days?
When you say 250mg, are you only taking 250mg test a week?
And that one day you train, what are you doing for lifts?
Thank you, but you know how it is. Once you used to look a certain way, anything less makes you depressed. And even when you looked great, you compare yourself to the best. Not long ago, I was sitting down with Sigmund Roid looking at my last pro show with him commenting how great I looked. Then I split the screen and put Dorian next to me going through the same poses. Talk about realising how shit I actually was.
My 250mg/w was mispelt. It's actually 275mg/w. It consists of 150mg tren e and 125mg test undecanoate.
I train once a week, whole body:
- incline presses (warm-ups and 1 work set)
- flat flyes (1 work set)
- millitary press (1 warm-up, 1 work set)
- lateral raises (1 work set)
- rear delt machine (1 work set)
- lat pull downs (1 warm up, 1 work set)
- bent over rows (1 work set)
- nautilus pulls (1 work set)
- skull crushers (2 work sets)
- standing db curls superset with hammer curls (2 work sets)
- rock bottom squats (warm-ups and 1 work set)
- leg curls or stiff leg dead lifts (whatever I feel like)(1 work set)
- calf raises (1 warm up and 1 work set)
- crunches (1 work set)
less than 1hr workout, minimal rest, tempo always 2:1:1, stretching and contracting at the opposite ends of the movement. Higher reps now (20 or so) compared to when I was young and keeping between 4 and 8.
