You weigh how much???

Every day I make a tuna/avocado dish. 2 x 440g cans of tuna in water and 3 large avocados. All chopped up, mixed together and I add balsamic vinegar for taste.
I eat 200g of that mixture per meal. I try to eat that every 2hrs.
It doesn't bloat me, doesn't give me the runs or any indigestion. The balsamic vinegar gets rid of any sick feelings from eating the same tuna over and over and it's also great to stop cravings.

That is my base, what I anchor my diet to. If I have any proper cravings (bread, cheese, fruit, etc), I have some afterwards. But because I am already pretty full from the tuna/avocado, I don't eat much of the bad shit when I crave it. And that is it, every single day. Not much variation at all, unless I am out at social dinners, and then I pretty much let it rip - seafood, steak, desert, etc.

If it's time to get lean, it's exclusively the tuna/avocado. Maybe a little apple afterwards.

Not at all. I measure mercury levels with every blood test, because of that. Always minimal levels.

Love avocado, eat it daily too in egg white wraps with turkey.

Well ive come to realised and after years of abuse/use. That the average user eventually 'caps' at a certain dose his on. And it takes time to realise what your genetic cap is. Mine is ~90kg shredded at 5'10. And if i want to get bigger; ill have to abuse as you said in one of your posts GH and slin, i cant personally. Like when getting to 20iu of gh and slin, muscles on your head start growing. I dont personally feel thats healthy, and i have low iron levels from it.

I have tuna and avacados on hand right now and going to try this dish later. Not planning to make it a base so much but a good simple dish for another staple. Sounds easy/good and dead on macros. My diet is more varied but built around a a number of measured staples (these rotate and many have high/mid/low calorie variations) then some occasionals.
 
I am dreading getting older and older. I was in hospital last week because I tore the serratus posterior inferior from coughing too much. Who the fuck does that??

I step on the scale every morning and have for many years. It is just a number that i use to check my hydration or inflammation levels from day to day. I can quickly see what foods agree with me more then others. Over the long term it can point to muscle gains or loss but really only shows weight gain of loss. I track many metrics in my body, weight, BP, glucose levels etc. Just a way to keep me accountable and on track.

5,9,216 lbs. I came off all gear about 1.5 years ago after 25+ years of use. Was as heavy as 270. No trt. Haven’t touched a weight in well over a year. Weight was down to 203 at one point after shoulder surgery. Feeling pretty good now that Iv been off for a while. Other than my shoulders I’m healthy.

Someone was laughing at doses etc; i didnt use those dose, im not at that age where i can comfortably use those doses (the gh yes i tried however). Dont have genetics for this sport but what can you do! But yes 'pro muscles favorite natty' it is then! Somehow i find it funny however how its the usual noobs that follow me around and quote the same thing; bro if im natty, you go do half of what im talking about on the 'igf numbers forum' and come report to us scientifically the reasoning as to why something is happening. Go do it, why you quoting another 'online' noob and taking the time as a grown adult to point out his stupidity. If his stupid let him be stupid, why drag yourself down with him?

Oh man I don’t want to even think about that. I have so many injuries from several herniated disc in lower back one in cervical.now shoulder surgery. Plus so many other surgeries 🫣 😁
