For gaining, 2-6iu pre workout with properly times insulin (before with intra drink or post) for maximum IGF-1 response.
This is an interesting study that shows higher elevated IGF-1, over time, with a split AM/PM dosing pattern versus a bolus dose.

Not saying it can't be true.I just heard an interview with Dorian and his best gains were taking a lot only 3 days a week instead of everyday. Do you think that only works with large amounts? He was taking 15 iu at a time. What about 5 iu three days a week instead of 2 iu a day?

I’ve never MET a person who looked amazing backing the big doses couple times a week. Lots of hearsay. But I know tons of guys who look amazing on multiple small shots of gh a day.
What is best HGH regimen? 3iu 5 days per week or 2iu everyday? Have anyone experience on both regimens?

I know John meadows likes a bolus dose (10iu) post-workout a few times a week if going for size.
Typically HGH first then slin. Depends on what type of slin you're using.
