Hello Everyone!

I have been competing since January of 2004 and have done 2 shows and I wanted some feedback on improvements to my physique as I am trying to move to the national level in the future. I have some picutres taken the morning of my show and some from my competition, I am in the blue trunks. Thanks in advance for your input everyone.

I haven't seen you from the rear, but from the other shots you look very well balanced, with everything in proportion. You do not more size obviously for your height. Add it evenly and it will look good.

Your condition is good and dry.

You have excellent side delts, but I would go to have them even bigger as well as bigger back and bigger quad sweep as your waist appears to be wide, especially in the front lat pose.
But if you keep the waist the same size while you add size to all the other bodyparts, it will appear small and you will have a good package.

I attached a rear lat spread to this post so you can critique as well. Yeah I have a very wide waist and big joints so I need to pack alot more muscle on with my frame.

Yes quad width has been a problem area for me but I have been working rigorously this offseason to thicken my back and get "sweepier" quads.

Thanks again for your critique, this is positive affirmation that I have been focusing on the right things I need to bring up in the offseason.

Yes, you are balanced all around. Just keep adding the size overall keeping the same proportions without getting your waist up anymore.
 
I agree with Big A you are very well balanced, you looked great!

If had to "nit pick" here the only two body parts that might be
lagging a bit are biceps and hams.

I will begin to try an hit my bi's and hams twice a week as I have been doing quads and shoulders twice a week too, I have been keeping a close eye on not overtraining which has been a problem in the past, sometimes more is not better.

I know it just takes time to fill out. I am just making sure I am getting bigger, harder, and better each time out.

Your point about "more is not better" a very valid one. Bodybuilding is very much a sport where you reach a "quantity" of training and all you get are diminishing returns!

Try and throw in some "new" exercises for hams and bi's and make sure
you change your routine with them every few months.
