#1) have a diet that is working for you , don't use it as an excuse to be lazy.
#2) you will be sweating more so make sure you take in more water and ALL the electrolytes
#3) take an extra multivitamin and vitamin -C
I prefer a low/no carb diet because I don't sweat as much and don't feel as miserable when I have to work in the heatT
