Hey my fellow fitness fanatics. I am curious how many of you have tried clen and basically how did you like it. Did you obtain the fat loss you desired?
Did you exceed 120mcg a day? Did you use the 2 week on 2 off protocol?
How were your sides?


Did you stack it with T3 or an ECA stack?

I have used clen a few times over the years, I can definitely say that I hate the stuff, makes me feel weird, get palpitations,sweats. I stacked it with T3. As far as its effectiveness for body fat reduction I think is overrated, the risks overtake the benefits. Clen is somewhat dangerous drug, it down regulates your pulmonary, cardiac system, high doses, or long term use could result in hardening and enlargement of left ventricle, therefore causing irreversable damage to the heart, also for older guys like myself in our 40s, it can be horrible for our prostates, it damages the soft tissue of the prostate therefore causing hypertrophy. My opinion on clen, if you haven't figure it out by now is, stay away from it, not worth it, God bless you bro.
 
I went up to 180mcg in gel form. Didnt like it shakes and sleepiness. Didnt do shit for me either...

there is no way I would take clen again man...up for 2 days and couldn't concentrate on anything...I only took 40mcgs..just my .02
 
I've used up to 150mcgs before, but I don't think it worked any better than a clean diet and an ECA stack.Sides and shakes can be horrible too
 
i use clen when i cut. but not the way normal people use it LOL.

i take..say... 10 mcgs, with 16 mgs of ephedrine, and 200 mgs of caffeine. that gives me pretty damn good fat loss.
of course diet is key
 
for me..

been up to 200 mcg in the past... feels like there's a little iron ball inside your heart banging against the walls. and no increase in fatloss what so ever.
 
I also think there is a ton of fake clen out there. I am constantly reading posts form guys that say they didnt feel crap. When i take it i can FEEL it from the first day. I read somewhere that it is one of the most faked gears available (If that makes sense).
 
I'll go against the grain and say I've never had issues. If I dose too high, I get jittery or to late in the day and I cant sleep. But other than that, I actually enjoy it. I feel it keeps me alert and motivated. I guess we all react very differently.

I'm sure there are some fakes out there, however most are real since it is very cheap to make. You know you have the real stuff from just a couple of days of using when you yawn and your jaws cramp up... or you strech and your toes cramp up....
I'm not even kidding, thse are the sides of the real ones and boy it is sooooo uncomfortable.
 
Just about a year ago I was popping them like candies...
Started with 20mcg/day to 150mcg/day + 56mg ephedrine + 1 heaping tbsp of instant caffe in a cup of water.
I'm not gonna lie, I loved the energy but I was playing with fire...
It's effectiveness in fat loss? I am not convinced that this does much for that, but I'm sure it helps.
There were times my boyfriend told me when he hugged me that my skin is on fire, I was boiling. I had muscle cramps so badly and frequently I did not know if I should laugh or cry. I had muscles cramping up I didin't even know existed in my body. lol
If I was you and If I never touched clen before I would stay away from it.

First day? I feel it with in the first hour after taking it. Shakes and anxiety, along with headache persist all day, especially if you do not take taurine and drink water. Taurine does wonders for clen cramps

I hated clen. The lack of results combined with the horrible side effects made me despise it. I thought I was going to have a heart attack on it some times. Just not worth it.
 
Well it must just be me but i have had really good exp with clen . Taken in morning before cardio with caffiene . i feel like i could run a marathone .

But you have to start out low and work ur way up.
 
I gotta say, I kinda love clen.... before I started my first cycle I did a cycle of Clen, got a little leaner and gained some strength but my diet sucked......Now i'm in the tail end of my cycle just started taking it, i started at 100mcg a day, up to 160 now, usually stop at 200. I stay on for 4 weeks at a time, all the side effects subside after week one, just make it past week one, it keeps me alert, my cardio is improved and I sweat more, with my current diet I have been getting shredded, take it how you want it.

Well, fat burners are like AAS.Everyone has their preferences. Really, it is all about finding what works the best for you with minimal sides. I would start on an ECA stack, give it a few weeks and then, if no results, maybe consider running some low dose clen. Make sure you drink plenty of water, and take at least 3-5g of taurine a day. Clen can cause some intense cramps, especially in the first few days. Also, you might want to take it sometime after your workout until you are sure how it will affect you. It speeds up respiration, so some people feel more out of breath while on it, kind of similar to tren. These are my personal experiences, hope they help you out. Good luck

Considering how awful I have felt even after trying all the different approaches, I must say that I give it a big thumbs down. Headaches really sucked.
