Your Experience with GW-501516

How in the world did some studies show it could increase cancer and now it's saying it actually reduces cancer?
 
The study, that is so often referred to, subjected rats to supraphysiological dosages of 10mg/kg of body, or to put that in perspective, a 200lb man (roughly 90 kg) dosing around 900mgs of GW-501516 per day. These doses defy any sensible logic and, therefore, hold no standing at the suggested dosage of 20mg a day.

The study cited above, rats were given the equivalent of a 900mgs dose of GW; this would be comparable to taking 14,625 mgs of aspirin per day. Usually, 325 mgs of aspirin is 1 dose (1 pill). This dose of aspirin could literally KILL you, forget cancer!

Whether or not GW501516 is carcinogenic or tumorigenic, the above statement is false. The author doesn't understand that animal doses are not directly proportional tohuman doses, but must be converted based on body surface area. The 10mg/kg dose for rats converts to roughly 100mg for a 60kg human.

Additionally, the studies by GSK that showed carcinogenicity found this effect at lower doses: 3 and 5mg/kg. This would convert to roughly 30 -50mg for a 60kg human.

I am not claiming that GW is carcinogenic, just that this 900mg dose claim is nonsense.

Do you guys find 20mg vastly better than 10mg endurance wise specifically? Enough to justify doubling the dose?

I honestly can't say because I'm on the low dose DNP and tren too. Hard to gauge. It definitely helps. Previously when I ran only 10mg/day without DNP my endurance was noticeably improved. Zero doubt it helps big time there, great for Athletics. It would just be a reach to say 20mg is much more noticeable than 10mg without other factors removed. I think considering safety and the principle of diminishing returns, 10mg is an ideal dose.
