Grab an empty olympic bar, bend at the waist until your torso is close to parallel with the floor and curl...good for the peak...easy on the tendons...nice finishing movement...
So do I manSingle arm hammer preacher, single arm db preacher, preacher concentration curls, pinwheel curls (either dumbbell or rope attachment, I double it up in my hand for extra forearm work), spider curls. With Db movements I like to have to wrist facing up but slightly pointing in the direction pulling away from it. I'm soon to receive an award for most terrible description of exercise execution, ever. OK, imagine yourself seated on a preacher bench, dumbbell in hand. As you curl upwards, instead of pulling straight towards your face, I turn my wrist slightly so that the top of the movement for my right arm would put the dumbbell more so beside my right ear.
I'm sorry I smoke way too much fuckin weed in the morning
Dont hate until you try it. Well the motion is not waisted. In the preathercurl. You can relax om the top. When bending forward you chance the angel. Try it broWhy?
Might as well do preacher curls. What remains is waisted motion.
That is if you believe a few things about muscle loading.
Off topic I really like the delt exercise at 17.00, get sick of doing typical lateral raises never felt like they really hit the delt that well.
For biceps, chins, 21s, preacher machine dropsets.
