Sriracha is clearly the best commercial hot sauce on the market.
I probably have 15-20 bottles of hot sauce in my kitchen at any given time. And for the last 20 years, my go-to is sriracha (Huy Fong only). Particularly great on rice and beans.
For chili, I prefer Frank's Red Hot or a similar cayenne-based sauce throughout the chili, and then I'll generally add some insanely hot sauce on top. And pay for it later...
