I dont mean the machine. I mean stick a barbell in the corner, grab a close grip handle and cradle the bar and load up the other end. Use 25's they allow for a much better range of motion than the 45s. Keep your back arched and your shoulders back and pull to your upper abs. This allows for a complete contraction of the back. When all muscles of the back are being contracted you will feel a BIG difference, as it is a much stronger contraction.
you able to fit enough 25s on there? The heaviest I get on these for about 12 reps is 5 45s. Maybe I should give the 25s a try...I know T Freeman advocates this...
