Want to experiment in my upcoming off season utilizing some digestive enzymes with a few meals per day. What are your favorites? how many times per day? and in what amounts?

I eat 6 times a day and use digestive enzymes twice. Once with meal 1 and again with meal 5. Certainly has worked like a charm for me.

Thanks for the suggestions. I went ahead and picked up now super enzymes. Two days in taking 2 caps 3 times a day and already can tell my digestion a is better. Less bloated already with no hange to my daily diet.
