Salmon, eggs too, the whole egg though i can't see wasting the yolk.

On a side note, I was reading last night that grass fed beef is the norm in Australia and that it is actually really cheap from over there? Is that true?

Grass-Fed ground beef is tasty delicious, but if I want a good cut of beef, I'm gonna go with organic grain fed.

I've had too many grass-fed steaks that were tough...much better suited for grinding IMO
