I've been liking Met rx collasal, peanut butter pretzel and the cookie crunch. The other flavors I don't care for. Two dollars each at Publix, even less at walmart. 400 calories, 30-32 grams protein.
Looks like I'm gonna have to try these damn Quest bars now too!

Quest is the best. I did try the new pumpkin flavor and sadly it's the only flavor I don't like. It's not a fake pumpkin flavor most people are used too. It tastes like real pumpkin scooped out of a fresh pumpkin. Just not my style. But they sold 20 million cases so far...my friend is a rep for them and just told me this last night. So they are popular for sure.

I buy them by the box but limit myself to 2-3 week when I'm in a pinch or on the road with work demands.

I know a chick that eats a couple a day, her daily diet is built around them, plus a few small meals. She's a hot fucking cougar with no fat too.

Ya, she's real into fitness. Has her own job apart from her husband and makes about 80k so it's not a huge deal. It would shake out to about $2 per bar if you bought them a couple boxes at a time ($25 per box, shipped). So $4-6 a day, compared to someone who spends $10 on a lunch out daily or fast food.

Seriously pretty amazing body for her age. All the young guys want to fuck her. She knows it and loves it. Legit cougar. Any day now... Husband is clueless ass clown that spends his time fishing.
