your favorite protein powder?

i remember john meadows recommending one, i cant remember what it was called but do you guys have a favorite protein powder? Im looking for extremely high quality, predigested protein. Would like it to be as pure as possible (lol). thanks

i recently swtiched to 100% Micellar Casein

I like it a lot, taste, texture, digestion, satiety.

Although it does have to be mixed properly, I make mine in the blender in almond milk with Ice... just water in a shaker would be difficult

Asking guys their favorite powders and then saying you want a predigested protein are two things issues there amigo.
I will concur with recommendation to go to True Nutrition, Dante will have what you seek

i think i am. i wish i could find the thread but im not able to. what protein specifically on trueprotein are you guys purchasing? Thanks bros for all your opinions. i know there are a million threads like this but like i said i am looking for an extremely high quality protein cuz i only drink protein shakes after my workouts (no more than 3-4 times a week) thanks!

I have only bought protein from true protein since 2008. You save so much money over the long run its not even funny. Yeah some idiots will pay 70 bucks for 2 lbs of Muscletech Whey just because it has a picture of Phil Heath on it :banghead:The only competitive bodybuilder who use those kind of products are the ones who get them for free.

You made a very good decision. The proven benefits of micellar casein and the great tolerability make this ultra efficient protein my number one choice.

I like Dymatize iso-100. Pure hydrolyzed isolate, good taste and easily digestible(no gas). VPX also made a good whey isolate product but I know they changed their formula and I haven't used them in several months.
