oly squats. ass to the grass. bar high on your traps. always make my inner legs sore.
 
Wide stance always seemed to hit my adductors the most. You could try what they call " Duck" squats.

Wider stance toes out seems to do the trick for me.
 
Definitely WIDE squat stance and the adductor machine. To be honest it actually is good. I use the abductor to hit the glutes, really does well.
 
Anything from a deadstop. The wider the better to a certain point. Ex. Boxsquat, or Leg Press deep and release the weight at the bottom.

I started doing these a month ago. I can feel them, but I'll know how well they work when I'm under the lights.
 
The only lift my quad requires is one to get my hoo-hah in his sight... :headbang:
... and occasionally his wheelchair in/out the truck. ;)
