what was your first contest diet like...Here is mine....
I was 17 years old, I had only trained for 10 months and a few guys in the gym told me I should compete...But I told them I didnt know anything about dieting, so one of the guys game me this diet...I followed it for a month and lost 27 pounds and competed at 166lbs...
meal 1
small bowl corn flakes with skim milk
meal 2
1 can tuna with a few slices of lettuce
meal 3
4-5oz. chicken breast and a small potatoe or handful of rice...
that was it..It was a killler diet...no protein powder, no aminos, creatine, fat burners nothing else was used...I got lean, but was super flat (i didnt know it at the time though)....I won my class and overall I was teen Iowa cup champion...
